New patient appointments include a thorough history & exam, followed by myofascial work with hot stones, chiropractic adjustment per exam findings, deep tissue muscle therapy, & instruction on therapeutic exercises.

All follow up appointments start with myofascial work with hot stones followed by a chiropractic adjustment & instruction for therapeutic exercises & stretches with the option to add on deep tissue muscle therapy.

Appointments for new women's visits are scheduled for one hour, while adjustments are scheduled for 20 or 30 minutes depending upon the service selected. Appointments for girls & kids are 40 minutes for new patients & 20 minutes for existing patients.

We understand that life happens! That is why we do not charge for cancelled appointments. We do ask, however, that you notify us if you will be unable to make your appointment as soon as you are able in order to ensure someone else can use the available appointment time. 

Absolutely! We always welcome your partner, your kiddos, or anyone else who may be part of your support system to accompany you.

We are a cash-based practice & not in network with any health insurance providers. We can provide super bills upon request. Please reach out to us if you have any questions. 

Not accepting insurance allows us more time to address patients' concerns, address each of the concerns appropriately, & often ends up being a money saver for patients in the long run. Feel free to call us if you have any other questions!

We do not utilize treatment plans in our office - we will give you our best recommendations for frequency of care, but how often you come in is ultimately up to you.
